50 SHADES CAST: REVEALED

O-M-G the news of the summer has finally been revealed on the last day of summer! The two actors who will play main characters Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele of the popular book series ’50 Shades of Grey’ have finally been revealed!

Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) will play the dashing Christian Grey…I still don’t know how I feel about this.

Dakota Johnson…never even heard of her is playing the role of Anastasia Steele. I honestly don’t how I feel about this pairing…but I trust the production team and I can’t wait to see these two in full costume. Woohoo!

What do you guys think of these two? She actually looks older than I thought for Anastasia but turns out she’s only 24! And Charlie Hunnam who we all know as bad boy Jackson on Sons of Anarchy will have to clean up major to play Christian!

Film Review: Fast Five

Last night I finally got to see Fast Five the fifth installment in The Fast and the Furious series. The beginning started off kind of slow, the acting is mediocre as it is in most of these films but still, I can’t get enough of Paul Walker. I think I’ve been in love with him since I was 9 years old. Anyways, they’ve come a long way, I’m glad this time around they decided to bring back a lot of the original cast. I don’t want to ruin it for whoever hasn’t seen it but, you’ll see everyone who came back for this film right up until the end. Speaking of the end of the film, don’t leave the theatre when you think it’s over! Because it’s not! I’m so glad we didn’t leave, and I was so confused because only a few people left while the credits started rolling, and I wondered if they had an extra scene in the end, and sure enough they did. The ending is the best part…it had the audience screaming “Whaaaaaaaat?!?” Just like that.

Seeing “The Rock” in this film, really made me laugh at the most serious parts. I honestly, can’t take him seriously. I mean his acting isn’t that bad, it’s just his character, and everything else that made it really really cheesy. Speaking of cheesy, the movie tended to exaggerate sometimes, making impossible obstacles-possible. Then again, Vin Diesel can do anything. They could have made it more believable, the action sequences I felt dragged on to long, especially the final car chase.

All in all, I love these films no matter what, even if the acting sucked. The acting isn’t amazing, and the storyline was sort of predictable (especially the ending)…but I mean if you love Paul Walker as much as I do then it doesn’t matter, you’ll have to go see the film for yourself. When I saw this film I think I was maybe 14 or 15 years old…and just to see the characters growing up throughout these films, it’s really cool how far they’ve come since the first film.

And, considering the way the film ended…there will be a Fast and the Furious 6 for sure!
